Home System Integration Logo
Home System Integration was born out of the desire to share and learn new ways of connecting the different technologies many of us have throughout the home. From connecting a game console to a surround sound receiver to setting up a streaming media server, there seems to be a multitude of ways in accomplishing these tasks. Home System Integration (HSI) is comprised of a few IT professionals with an affinity for home theater and home technology. I thought this would be a great place to share what we know in hopes that the rest of the world will share what they know in return!
That idea has evolved into creating something bigger, something that we hope will play a part in revolutionizing the way each of us interact with the technology that surrounds us in our homes. This includes not only our Home Theater and HDTV (High Definition TV) but extending to controlling many of the electronics in our home as well as electrical systems such as your lighting.

| Put simply, Tom loves technology! He’s been involved in the IT world since leaving the Navy in 1992 and has moved his way up to the top on the systems engineering side. After spending time as an installer in the home automation industry, he’s never been able to shake his love for all things Home Technology and in creating integrated environments at home! After being injured on a tour of duty to Fallujah Iraq, Tom needed to change careers and now uses this website to spread the word about how cool integrating your Home Systems can be!
